Rather then water for rings of breathing you can go A2 const 2 for amulets of breathing and use them as i said above.īottels of living water are never a bad idea under the water. mostly just have the gear ready to roll take a water province build a lab and summon them equiping them each turn in case someone comes knocking.īarrel of air as mentioned above A4 const 6. they are great casters and with the insane regen i would say maybe a decent SC chasis. If you can get a W5 mage (even a sea king with the above items) and hold a water province for a few turns make a lab and summon up queens of elemental water. Trident is pretty nice i like to have 1 for the auto cast of friendly currents as land guys get tired under water fast. or use those rings to get some mages under the water with summons/indy troops and use them for evo/buffs for your troops. Get a 1W mage and forge some rings of water breathing with other gear for thugs. if you can summon more then 1 set a turn you will have a army in no time. it maybe expensive but at least 1 is never bad to get a high end water mage. the sea king also makes a water gems each turn and hands out water breathing to a few troops although i dont recall how many off the top of my head.

from thier you can drop your old mages gear and have a W5 mage (sea king base 3+2 from the boosters) with some guards. 55 a pop but you get a sea king W3 mage and 15 sea trolls and 5 troll guards, all of which can go under water. from thier i would get some water gems and cast sea kings courts. If you can get a 1W (even from a indy mage) you can forge the ring (const 6 1W) then the robe (const 4 2W i belive) to up yourself to W3.
